At GoTrendy.lb, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase. This policy explains how to request a return and what to expect if an item is damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Change-of-Mind Returns

For eligible online purchases, you may request a return within 1 calendar day of receiving your order, subject to applicable law and its exceptions.

For change-of-mind returns, the product must be unused and include all accessories and components. Please keep the original packaging and return the item securely packed.

Exceptions may apply to products made to your specifications, products already used, and other cases provided for by applicable law.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon delivery. If you receive a visibly damaged or incorrect item, we ask that you contact us within 24 hours where possible so we can investigate promptly.

Provide:

  • Your order number or proof of purchase.

  • A description of the issue.

  • Clear photographs of the product and packaging, where available.

  • A short video if it helps demonstrate a fault.

The 24-hour reporting request does not remove your rights concerning hidden defects or other claims protected by applicable law.

How to Request a Return

Contact us by WhatsApp or email before sending an item back. We will review your request and provide instructions for collection or return.

Please include the accessories and components supplied with the product, where available, and pack the item securely. Original packaging is preferred, but missing packaging alone will not automatically invalidate a legally protected defective-product claim.

Items Damaged Through Misuse

We generally do not accept returns for damage caused by misuse, accidental damage after delivery, unauthorized modifications, or failure to follow the product’s instructions.

These exclusions do not affect claims relating to an original defect or other rights protected by applicable law.

Replacements and Refunds

After reviewing the issue and, where necessary, inspecting the returned item, we will explain the outcome and available remedy.

For defective, damaged, or incorrectly supplied products, the remedy may include repair, replacement, or a refund, as appropriate under applicable law.

For an eligible change-of-mind return, we will arrange the applicable refund. An exchange or store credit may be offered if you prefer, but will not replace a refund you are legally entitled to without your agreement.

Once a refund is approved, we will complete the refund within 3 calendar days. We will confirm the refund amount and method when the refund is approved.

For cash-on-delivery purchases, we will agree on a suitable refund method with you, such as cash repayment or a bank transfer, to ensure your refund is completed within the stated timeframe.

Return Shipping Costs

GoTrendy.lb does not cover return shipping costs unless the item is manufacture defective or damaged during delivery.

Your Consumer Rights

Nothing in this policy limits or excludes your rights under applicable Lebanese consumer-protection law. If this policy conflicts with a mandatory legal requirement, that requirement takes precedence.
